Guidelines for Abstract Submission
An abstract is required for every presentation. Submitted abstracts may be considered for oral presentation in the conference sessions. Please indicate whether the submitted abstract should be considered as a poster entry only.

An abstract can be submitted in English and/or Chinese. Chinese abstracts will be presented in Chinese. |
| 2. |
An abstract in English should not exceed 250 words. Please use Times New Roman fonts in 12 points. |
| 3. |
An abstract in Chinese should not exceed 250 words. Please use Traditional/Simplified Chinese characters fonts in 12 points. |
| 4. |
The abstract should include:
i. Category
ii. Presentation Title
iii. Author(s)
iv. Presenting Author (underlined and in italics) |
| 5. |
The abstract should contain text only, i.e. without diagrams, illustrations, tables, references or graphics. |
| 6. |
Handwritten abstracts will not be accepted. |

Presenting authors must be registered for the Conference when confirming their acceptance. |

Detailed information about the format for oral or poster presentations will be sent to the submitting author at the time of notification of abstract acceptance. |
